JESSICA BROWN
MOst, PGDip, BA (Hons)
Co-Founder, Osteopath & Women’s Health Specialist – Tunbridge Wells
Jess is an experienced osteopath based in Tunbridge Wells who specialises in women’s health, pregnancy, pelvic girdle pain, scar therapy and postnatal recovery. She is passionate about supporting women through every stage of life — from adolescence and fertility, to pregnancy, postnatal care, menopause and healthy ageing.
Her holistic, evidence-informed approach recognises that many factors; physical, hormonal, and emotional, can influence pain and recovery. She works collaboratively with her patients to create individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans, helping them understand their condition and feel empowered in their recovery. Known for her warm, compassionate approach, she creates a welcoming space where patients feel listened to, understood, and supported in their journey to better health.

After working in the film industry in London, she retrained to follow her passion for health and wellbeing.
Today, Jess lives in Tunbridge Wells with her husband, two sons, and their labradoodle, Florie. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, pilates, yoga, paddleboarding, and spending time with family and friends.
